| Division A and B will have separate play offs -- the top 4 teams will face off in single elimination bracket-style play. The first season didn't have an overall league winner, but we may try it this season... we'll see how things go. |

Indeed. So... for instance, our division has teams ranked 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 and 21... another Div A division has teams ranked 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24... (notice the pattern... no randomness). |

In the future is there any chance of changing this format? I'd love to see a college basketball style 16 or 32 team tournament. How cool would it be to see the top seed fall to St Mary's College Team Toonies in the first round? :P

Noticed that a couple of the teams that were included in the DPL to make up the 48 teams are still below the 7 member minimum. Will the be allowed to add some more members in the coming days? How might this affect their rank?
