blah mebe i'll be weak and give into sleep...
mebe not... too busy looking at all the great children photos in the children speed challenge not associated with any specific holiday in description ;) | |
well you'll see if u look further down miriam-webster dictionary definition 4 u since u said u needed to look it up ;) that was copy and pasted-- hopefully it clarifies things 4 ya ;)
just remember... a speed challenge of lights could be of light from the sky- light from a bulb used in a livingroom- light from a flashlight light from your flash in a mirror whoot! - ....it could be...yes.... anything- EVEN if the challenge happens to fall on ohhh lets just say x-mas for example...it does not mean it has to be x-mas lights specifically unless it is defined in description as such ;)
sweet dreams :-D |

hehe - when i got nothing better to do ;)
when i was last clocked typing 4 school (u know back in the dark-ages) I was somewhere around 180wpm I know I've defiantly slowed down a lot since then ;) i like to use a lot more slang and less, what tends to be deemed by the masses 'proper grammar' ;)
yep basically back to where we started; except... now u get it more ;) >>>> ..personal interpretation (ie/aka: semantics) :-D / which now you really understand :-D ;) there is a wide-variety of opinions/thoughts / ideas on what ea thing should be like because of how someone reads something or when they read it- or if they celebrate a holiday or are religious etc... ;)

Ya....common sense dosen't apply. I guess some people have to read things into things. Like life has a deeper meaning or something :)

and by common sense lets clarify- that you're speaking of " that which they "sense" as their common natural understanding"
IE: some people apparently commonly sensed that a photo of children had nothing to do w/a holiday that was in coincidence of the speed challenge and some people apparently commonly sensed that the photo should-
face it- its a draw ;)

in fact...if you really want to argue it ;) the majority of photographs in the children's challenge don't 'appear' to be easter related (again back to the way the majority interpreted the challenge apparently) :-D -- they could be simple portraits on a Sunday in nice cloths --- so you could come over to the common sense way of thinking now ;) hehe

I think that "Children" was the popular vote because it was not considered to be a symbol or attributed to a holiday. There are a lot of people on this site that do not celebrate Easter and between those that don't and those that wanted to be as inclusive as possible, they voted for Children.
edited for poor spelling - still need coffee this am
