| On the 1DM4 even with a high shutter speed, the shutter itself sounds slow in single shutter mode. At 1/100 on any of my previous bodies, the sound is fast. However, on the 1DM4 it sounds like it's going at 1/10th even when it's at 1/100th. In burst mode it will obviously go through 10 clicks a second, but not in single. Any ideas as to why? |

Are you sure you don't have it in silent shutter mode?
Matt
What symbol is being displayed on the top? An S or a single box?

Thank you...dang manuals and having to read them.
It was an S...and it's something I should've known. |

I wasn't going to point out the obvious RTFM but since you brought it up. :D
