I like the depth of field, the box is nicely sharp, and the composition is fine. Technically it's a good shot, but personally it doesnt do much for me.

DOF is my favorite part of this image. The highlighted areas and the sky look slightly overexposed. Cropping is also very good. Overall, I'd rate it a 6.5-7 assuming it met challenge requirements. :)

| Personally, I would like it if the background were even more out of focus. That would make it more "abstract" and draw more attention to the main subject. |

| Did you blur the background on purpose? I love the clarity of the box but the background looks "wrong" to me. |

Thanks for the comments! I have to admit, I didn't try to open the box to see if it was unlocked. I get the feeling the phones are for lifeguards when the beach is open.
