Here's one more to try but I'd like to ask you all to try to do your best with this one using only "Basic Editing" rules.

I entered it in the "Bizarrechitecture" challenge and as you can see it didn't do very well. (Not unusual for me!)
My entry
With a great subject like this I should have been able to do better, even with this unimaginative angle, but from most of the comments the problem most people saw seemed to be with my processing.

I tried to get the image to "pop" using Topaz Adjust but I guess I pushed it too far and ended up with halos I couldn't fix using basic rules. Can you show me how I could have done this better either with Topaz of some other way? (Basic Only!)

Well I kinda like pwm's "egg" when it's abstracted-by-cropping, so that's what I did. Prolly not what he's looking for, I concede, but it IS basic-legal, just some topaz and some hue/sat to adjust the tones.
