In the first post processing side challenge, I really liked  trumpeteer4's editing on my pic. Here is his version  . I think it's awesome! I wanted to try and edit it like this myself and even though he listed his editing steps, I didn't have a clue how to do it!
Anyways...I bought Photomatix a couple weeks ago so I thought I'd give it a try. 
I still like his much better but I'm pretty happy with the way this turned out. |

| Very nice job, especially for one of your first Photomatix processed shots. For my taste, this is the furthest that I like to see HDR pushed. Unlike you however, I like your version better than Trumpeteer4's version. I like your choice to keep the earth tones warmer. |
