I wanted this for the Branch challenge, but got there too late to get the light on top of the limb. The ferns in shadow were so dark that I had to twist the knobs too much to make them show up, and by then the background was trashy looking. That's sand, not snow. : )

I've been AWOL for a couple of days. This morning a new to me lens arrived, so I gave it a test drive this afternoon. These are all shot jpg, basic edited.

It seems to be a pretty good lens for the $14.99 price on eBay.
