I don't think you have to have a head in the shot. Looking at the prior challenge, it appears to be a portrait challenge with hats in it ?

No, they don't have to be on someones head......but...I think 62 out of the first 67 places.. in the first Headwear Challenge did in fact have a person in portrait. |
