I like to use topaz adjust to add impact to some of my photos, but it always adds noise to the photos. I can get rid of some of this noise by reducing the size of the image (which is always originally 15mp) to 4mp and then apply some sort of noise reduction filter, like Neat Image or Noiseware or even the filter that comes with Paint Shop Pro X2.
But most times it is rejected on stock agencies either because of noise or because of extreme use of noise reduction software.
How do you deal with noise added with the use of topaz adjust???

Use the noise reduction in Topaz adjust itself.
Don't hammer the boost so much.
Use it sparingly......8>)

All of what Jeb said, plus the following:
-Use noise reduction before using topaz. I've found the NR built into PSP is very good. I've tried demos of some of the aftermarket plugins and have not felt any need to invest in one.
-Selectively apply the NR to the sky, which is one of the areas where it gives the worst effect.
-Apply Topaz selectively using layers and masking.
-Use a modest amount of Topaz and then use a little of PSP's clarify adjustment in addition. Clarify gives a similar (though not identical) effect. It does not provide as much control, but also does not seem to bring out noise and banding as badly as Topaz does. This challenge entry of mine was done using the clarify adjustment.
Accept that the stock agencies are ultra-picky and will reject an image for any perceived reason. I think they look at the photos for noise on a pixel level. I've had one image accepted when I sent it to them as an example of my work, then when they said I was good enough to submit to them, they rejected the same photo with no option to resubmit. Different people evaluating the submissions with different opinions. You know how that works!

You guys rock!
Thanks for the suggestions. I will give a try on the next time!
Yo, I love to use Clarify on my photos! I think it is a fantastic adjustment!
I just don't usually take the time to do selective adjustments to my photos... Usually I have to invest my free time on taking care of my 3 babies. But I will try to play more on PSP X2 with less photos... This should give me better results.
