| Oh yeaahh. Count me in. DPL was great motivation and fun too. I really enjoyed the camraderie within and between the teams. |

Thanks everyone for responding. I will continue to work on the WPL and hopefully will have everything in place soon.
If you interested in playing there will be room for 112 photographers. And 16 of those will be captains.
Soon I will post a sign-up form on the site for everyone that would like to participate. So be thinking if you would like to be a captain of a team. Start thinking about your team logos. Logos MUST be 150x150!, Team names and who you would like to have on your team.
I'm not sure how we will pick team captains and players at this time so your input would be greatly appreciated.
This is the way I think we should do it this time but I'm open to suggestions.
1. Everyone that would like to participate can sign-up. The sign up form will have a check box to asking if you would like to be a captain.
2. Once we receive the 112 maximum players signed up then I will put another form so the 112 participants can nominate 16 captains for the participants that check the box saying they would like to be a captain. NOTE: more than 112 can sign-up but only 112 can participate. That's why we will have a draft system.
3. Once we have our 16 captains I will then post another form so each captain can pick there team from the remaining 96 participants, called the draft.
4. First Round Draft: Each captain choose two participants from the pool of 96 participants.
5. Second Round Draft: Each captain chooses two participants from the remaining pool.
6. Third Round Draft: Each captain chooses there final two participants.
7. After the Draft: Captains have one week to negotiate a trade. Then teams are finalized.

I would probably sign up again, it was a lot of fun. It was nice to create our own teams, although I could see some enjoyment in a draft.

Hah. And here I already have a team half-formed... You're telling me it's not gonna work that way this time? Sigh...

ETA: Actually, I see it's not set in stone. My own vote is to keep it the way it was for now, there was a lot of camaraderie developed. But maybe strongly encourage captains, or even require them, to include team members of varying abilities; I'm doing that myself, so far.

You right it's not set in stone. I looking for suggestions.
I think the last time I ran the WPL Captains were able to choose there own team (or at least the first four participants) and then they picked from the sign up pool to get the remaining two team members.
It's been so long ago!
I'm in favor of what the everyone agrees on.

I missed out last time but would like to participate this time. Having a Troll on your team might be worth something :D |

| I would love to get into this as well. I had a blast in the last season of the WPL and the DPL and now find myself missing them. |
