i guess it's nice a crisp for an action shot.
but i have no way telling how fast the feet were actually moving by the photo. either the BG or the feet should be obviously burrly due to motion.
also the composition is questionable.

I think it would be better if you caught the expression on the child's face and maybe the motion of hair flying back with the speed of the ride. There doesn't seem to be any reason for the choice of cropping out the head and shoulders.

I would rather see the face and hair than the feet, but that's just me. :o)
