Not sure if this has been discussed before, but just wanted to publicly acknowledge that I got one of  K10DGuy's "Daily 5" for the image below. I think this is a great effort, and I encourage others to participate in something similar. If you've received one of his Daily 5 comments, post the thumb and comment here. Also start your own similar campaign. I'd like to begin something similar. The explanation of what this is all about is at the beginning of his comment. Thanks, K10DGuy!

I am loving the spontaneous moment of this, that feel that is gives. It has all the feel of a candid, yet the poise of something very deliberate. That wisp of hair across the forehead, that you seem to lament slightly, is part of what gives it such a lovely, free, and wistful feeling. It may not be much, but for my part, it is an elemental part of this photograph, and to lose it would have been to lose the spontaneity and fun that is so much a part of what I get from it."
