This wedding took place in a chaple on a golf course, thought I had to do something with golf, wanted the girl to be carring his golf bag, caddie, while he was teeing off, but she was really tired and thought that would be pushing it so this is what I got.

This is funny, I giggled. Maybe if she looked a little more dejected, or if SHE were the golfer it might have a little extra punch.

I was going to suggest a tighter crop (maybe make the putt shorter) and wider angle. Also, the DOF is too long (I don't really need to see the trees in the background to know what's going on). I agree that having her make the putt might have been good. Or maybe have her bent down as if giving him a line to follow. The simple fact is that you wouldn't normally have the flag in for a putt like this, so it looks a little strange.

Well, he lines up like Justin Leonard (eyes inside rather than over the ball), and that's either one slow putting surface, or the most aggressive take away for a 5-footer I've ever seen. My guess is he decelerated, opened the face, and missed right.

Oh, you were asking about the picture? Looks fine to me. I also think a shot of them lining up the putt together would work (rather than her serving him, they would appear more as a team).

actually he made it, and yes if I had more time, and models that hadn't been in these cloths for two hours already I would have taken my time and done what I had wanted in the first place...him teeing off her holding all of his clubs as his cadie (not trying to demin women, just thought it would be a funny shot in her wedding dress) She would obviously have a less than happy look on her face and I would have taken more time to make the shot count. Thanks to all that commented, maybe I'll have another try at this another time...and if Justin or Christie read this they were great models and great sports about the idea in the first place.
