Alerted by the Thread telling of the Christmas Card exchange,
where we mail our cards to participating DPC friends,
I remembered that we frequently have a thread also talking
about the designs that we create.

Anyone want to post their design for Christmas 2009?

I'll start with this one:

Last year the thread was this one. Recognize any of the names/images?

Glad you did, Sara. Perhaps this weekend some others will share their designs.

They are always fun to see.

I haven't made mine yet, but when I do I'll post 'em here. I was hoping someone would start this thread :)

I'm waiting for the Amarylis to bloom. I can't decide which BG color would look the best w/a red Amaryllis--metallic? black? green?

I haven't been able to get my daughters in the studio lately because of their crazy schedules. I did, however, get each of them to help me create our new ocean-themed Christmas tree. We created every item on the tree using a watercolor pallet of micro-glitter and natural seashells and wooden ornaments. So I decided to create this year's holiday card using pics of our family projects. :D

No design, but this is the picture I am using. I got 4x6's printed off and bought cards with frames to put them into.
