YAY I went up a lil bit!!!
Is this a good score?
1st challenge I entered just to enter, this time I actually entered with the challenge in mind. |
Like I told Crazydiamond, don't hold your breath expecting score to rocket up, but certainly not a score to be ashamed of. Just remember, there is a whole week of voting left! |

I am currently working to complete my portfolio to get a job as a copywriter at an ad agency and my advertising classes follow this same format:
- Assignment is given
- Brainstorm ideas
- Develop ad (in the case of DPC, take your best shot)
- Have ad (or photo) reviewed, learn and improve
I\'m looking forward to hearing what people have to say about my photos and hoping these challenges push me to think more creatively.

vawendy,
Carving spam is exactly the kind of thing that gives life, flavor :o)
I had a funny picture that I wanted to submit for the Tilted II challenge that involved me shooting my mother's coffee cup rack from an angle that made them look (to me anyway) like the coffee cups were a Tuscan Coffee Cup Transformer running away from a jar of bad instant coffee. I'm still bummed that I couldn't participate in both challenges!
Have a nice night everyone!

If you have an extra $25, swing for the yearly membership. It's well worth the $25, and then you could post the picture in your portfolio for everyone to see! (hey Langdon, do I get a referral bonus if I sucker, I mean talk him into getting a membership?) |

While down on where it was earlier, I think my score is benefiting from the reduced number of entries in this challenge (compared to the other).

makes me feel a little bit better about my FS sucking along at 4.8-9. Or my nearly-brown Low Key. But hey, animal stuff is my "thing". |

Actually not as bad as I was expecting. I have submitted in three contests now but none of them are done judging. After voting myself, I was not expecting even being in the 4s... Which I might not be for long. lol.
Edit: I just realized I'm doing better on my beer photo in the other challenge than this one.. and that one everyone has had bad things to say about it. After the comments I was expecting that one to be a 3... It has obvious flaws.. how does that happen?

I should slow down on the posting except for really big leaps in score, afraid I'll jinx the shot! |

I do apologize for wasting voters' time. I cannot promise I won't do it again, however. |
