They are voters enthusiastic about their own entries and they probably see a threat in the competition, so they move in early and vote fast, hard and in a decisive manner, in hope to ribbon before the others. |

Your profile pic is quite appropriate right now! Hope I wasn't part of it, as I was a bit harsh on a couple of entries. Some wonderful stuff and some other wonderful stuff that I don't think benefited from the tilt, but was good in spite of it.
