I just got the greatest customer service from the folks at Neat Image.
I sent an email to them, expecting a canned response and a lot of run around because that's what you get when you send email to companies these days. I was happily surprised when I got a personal email within 10 minutes of sending mine with exactly the information I needed.
Just wanted to pass that on for anyone choosing noise reduction software these days... |

Yep, real customer service is nice when you can get it. Too bad it's the exception rather than the rule nowadays.
ABSoft (makers of NeatImage) also have a much more generous upgrade policy than most other software companies. That's another huge plus in their favor.
Another company that provides great customer service, along with terrific products, is Alien Bees. (No, I don't work or represent them in any way. I'm just a very satisfied customer.)
