so i took this picture:

then i decided to edit it a little more... or

now i dont know which one is better? can you help?

to be honest the unedited version is better.

But in saying that what kind of portrait where you looking to get when you processed??

Pretty girl by the way

I did a little edit, remember the eyes on a portrait have to be tack sharp

I agree that the original is the best.

I'd play with levels a little more.

I disagree:



I very much dislike the notion that anything in photography HAS to be something. It's a DPC notion that disgusts me.

Juliette's version is awesome with those eyes but what matters it what YOU like. Who the hell cares about the majority of DPC. Photography is for YOU and not DPC.

juliet: you are amazing! how did you get my eyes like that?! i love them. \

all of your suggestions i will take and use. (whats funny is that i usually change the levels, except this time i forgot to do it...)
