Yes... thanks HEAPS... even if I'm coming dead last in div one, I love the competition aspect of this.

I hope to knock up a helmet design tonight and put it in my sig. :)

Nice...

I'm happy to convert peoples helmet images to icons for use as signatures (get a standard which can be used in the grid positions and final placings posts. Post your helmet here. If anyone want me to design a helmet let me know (along with preferred colours etc).

What size are you using for the icon?

I was think 32x32... a standard icon size... not too small but big enough to see colour and some detail? Perhaps can link them to a larger 128x128 or 256x256 version.
