I was outside on a sunny day and I said,
"Lets go sit in the contrast"
After all the laughing, i was told I need a life outside of photography!!!
Whats your story????

That's funny. I look at most people as potential subjects now and find myself saying, "Damn that's good light" quite a lot.
Cursed hobby! |

When I see somebody with a small blemish I think about cloning it out. |

Playing frisbee with my son in the front yard last night (sans camera ) and we had the most extraordinary sunset. I kept saying look at that light, my son kept saying "Daaad!". Finally I had to settle for a mind photo capture (put your hands up like a camera and take a photo). :-) |

You know you're a photographer when...
Neighbors come up to you and tell you about something they saw that you just HAVE to go photograph. (I'm sooooo tired of hearing that!)
You don't go anywhere without your camera bag.
Your family stops going to Sears & Olan Mills for their portraits and expect you to "take good care of them".
Your first thought in the morning after waking up is "What's my score?!"
Your first thought about taking a vacation is "what can I photograph while I'm gone?"
You can no longer watch TV or a movie without thinking about how much better that particular scene could have been shot.
You can't ever get your windows clean enough because you plan to shoot birds and wildlife through them.

A few weeks ago I went shopping with my very sexy best-friend, and instead of lkooking at all the things she were trying on, I was looking at the posters in the stores, criticizing them and asking myself how I would have done it instead. |

You notice that the horizon in a billboard photo is tilted
You wake up and look out the window and think that the clouds need some dodging/burning.
You feel comfortable laying on the ground in a crowd of people pointing your camera up at something. (I actually did this just a few days ago at the National Archives)

When you wake up in the morning, turn on a light and hate your eyes for not stopping down fast enough... |
