I'm with you. His work is fabulous.

Yup. For my money, he's the best photographer on the site. I LOVE the way he can go out and find the interesting amongst the mundane. It's what I want to do with my photography, but cannot.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of the set up shots here are spectacular, but something about jjbeguin's stuff is just so striking.

Yeah, he definitely has it goin' on. I really love the water challenge shot...wow! I think I counted 20 ribbons. What a talent!

His self portrait is one of my favourite shots here.

Yup, he is an endless source of talent. He's got THE eye! And notice that he does not have very fancy equipment. Proves that it's the person who makes the pic NOT the equipment.

jjbeguin is a long time favorite of mine. although a bit more in the "background" he is a consistant and unique photographer. :)

Definitely! JJ was one of the first few photogrpahers here that TRULY inspired me. His work is truly amazing and has such an innate eye for the world that surrounds him.

Throwing in my praise for the Great JJ'ness himself, (may he live long and prosper, throwing images our way for a long time to come!!!) He has a great talent for finding the beauty in that which most of us would simply overlook!
