Have I met you? I'm old, slow, and the mind is definitely going, but I'm trying to put together a list of who I've met from DPC. I've got it started on my profile page, so check to see if you're there, and if not, let me know!

And how many DPC'ers have you met in person??

And I promise, that when my girl finally can come to Holland (busy with one last document) that I will try to organize an Amsterdam GTG. Probably this fall, but not oktober, because in oktober I want to marry. Anyone who wants to come can come, but it will not be a GTG. :)

I can't believe you don't remember me....we had lunch and took thousands of pics at the local flea market and then went to my beautiful downtown courthouse and then I drove you to the airport....just joking. ;)
I met you very, very briefly outside the Ohio Renaissance last year. Does that count?

Funny post to me because I can relate. I like to think I'm not losing my memory from age, it's because I've had so many rich and rewarding experiences in life that it's hard to separate them into individual experiences.
I remind myself that when our grandparents traveled and then were able to repeat every detail down to the minute, it was because it was their only trip of a lifetime. Our lives are packed full of details daily.

I knew I was missing a name or two from Ohio, and hajeka, I hadn't gotten that far in my list of pics to jog my memory yet! I need to add Greetmir as well - thanks for prompting me! And yes, Marjo, I remember lunch, those long conversations... (and meeting you at the entrance to the fair.) :-)

Well, I know she'll never forget ME, and our visit to Orleans Camera; her pocketbook keeps reminding her!

Ah, true, Mr Bear. And every time I stick my 10-22 on my camera, I'm quite glad I paid you a visit! :-)

Not too many. Even though there are quite a few members in my area. Bergiekat, Kawesttex, and Mkothare. The latter I previously knew from my local Flickr group and he joined DPC after being exposed to it through me.

You see - when you meet me it only costs you chocolate, when you meet Bear it costs you hundreds of dollars . .

I guess I have met more fellow DPCers than I thought. brownsm introduced me to the site and I know pipersd, icdp2 guppy , paulmchale, pgerst all from work and other assorted activities around SE CT. I met scalvert, L2, nico_blue, eva2k0, Hot_Pixel, Blackgriffin, CEJ, cryan, DJWoodward, Rando D300, Patio127, stargazer05766, and annig at a couple of GTGs held here in New England. Hopefully we can plan another one for fall when the colors are REAL gorgeous. Right Anni? The farthest I have traveled to meet a DPCer (albeit one that hasn't been around in a while) is staab. My family was in Hawaii and we got together for a nice dinner while there and Chris gave us some great recommendations of off the beaten path locales for shooting and swimming and such.

Finally, there are a couple of DPCers I have breakfast and dinner with almost every day... tuba_charlieand jrrose1

Someone who may have a mild case of gender role confusion? (I'm looking at your name vs your member icon)
