Hi all, I have been marvelling at the quality of images on here for some time now and have finally decided to jump in, in the hope that something will rub off on me.
I don't have a website but have a wee blog here //bombmac.blogspot.com/
Any critique is greatfully received as I have a real thirst for knowledge, it's just that at my age I don't seem to be able to retain it.

Hi Brian,
Welcome to DPC, some of the marvelling will fade as you get involved here and discover you are just as capable of taking a great photo as anyone else. Enjoy yourself and start entering challenges and asking questions, there are many people who are always willing to help out.

Welcome Brian,
I really love the image of the Mum in your portfolio. I think once you enter a few challenges you will fit right in. Side challenges are a great way to get your feet wet and get to know some of the other people in site as well as let us get to know you a bit better. |

Eh, they are ok, but the best Pizza is from New York. Everyone knows that. Except the people in Chicago, who are in their own little isolated pizza-world. |

Oops sorry had the radio turned up a leetle bit loud :-) Just some things to know...

And, the reputation of being a storyteller?? Perhaps people think that is the total of your expertise? Can you believe a storyteller?
