... the image in question was shot for the recent de-motivational poster challenge but (as many of you pointed out) the shot is a direct copy of an existing poster over at despair.com. If it was just the image I copied I probably wouldn't have an issue but as its a direct copy (text and all) I don't feel it would be right to 'give' the image to be used in presentations (not for profit).
I'm pretty sure I know how folks will respond but thought I should ask anyway,

Thanks for the pointer Sarah however my issue is mainly the fact my shot is a direct copy and worried I might get into trouble if I sent a copy?

If you don't intend to profit anyway, just email the person a direct link to the poster you re-created. |
