This is my best work in photoshop... ofc dont critique only the editing but the photo, in all of its aspects

| Nice capture. What I really like about it is the eyes contact, that makes me feel that I can tell the story behind the personality of the girl. I d say that the lips could be desaturated a bit. Just an opinion though! |

Nice image. For the lighting,  Beetle's comments (on the actual photo page) were very accurate (IMO).
Re: your PS... a couple of suggestions:
Try fading the background to black. This may rescue the "cutout" look that Beetle mentioned.
You may want to smooth out her skin using the healing brush or clone or tool (it's smoother in the original photo, so not sure what you did to it - seems very splotchy).
Also, on her jaw line, where it meets her neck - you can really see the editing here. Try to apply your processing to the entire skintone area.
