I took this photo at the zoo on the weekend and was pretty pleased with the result as it was through glass. However, there is that little white reflection there on the tigers and I was wondering if anyone could share some wisdom in how to remove that? I have CS3.

Thanks heaps.

I gave it a quick attempt. Not perfect but with a little more time and effort it could be. I used the selctive color tool to enhance the blacks and yellows and then did a little cloning and burning to touch up.

I think little burning and maybe some cloning is what I would have done as well.

Looking at it, I think I'd have done a new layer with "apply image/soft light mode", then erased everything but the (no longer) white spot from it and faded the overlaid image until it all matched. I donno though 'cuz I haven't tried, it's just a hunch.

I would slap a fin on that sucker and call it a Tigershark!

I just selected the area did a little cloning, sat and contrast work to match the surrounding area. After that I did a shad/highlite adjustment and some other basic PP.

Well I managed it, I did a selective colour layer, masked all but the reflection area and darkened the neutrals until it matched. It was a bit fuzzy so I used the palette knife artistic filter to produce this, which I think is rather nice.

Thanks to everyone for their help!

Although you can fix almost anything in Photoshop, but this one is particularly bad image IMO. The Tail of the tiger is blurred, and there is no way to fix it!
Try another visit to the Zoo.
