Sry just teasing you, but if the opportunity/cash arises I'm sooooooo coming. Ever since I can remember Ive always wanted to go to AUS, just that the flights are a killer coming from here and then its find a cheep hotel or a tent and a campground :) A lot of the time I can afford the flights but the accommodations is another thing but so far I have lucked out with beyond awesome people like rox_rox and JulietNN :)

the photography would probably be secondary to meeting and catching up with other dpc ppl ..
i wont be able to 'do' the whole day but definitely part of it .. :)

Wicked!

I may even bring Kita....I am sure she would pose for some of you. She is very good at throwing emotion into her images. Be good practice for portraits.

I'm in, I'd love to meet you all, as long as I am able to get away. Do you have dates yet? (hoping like crazy its one of my 'child free' weekends!!!

At this stage I leave Newcastle on the 7th July and stay in Sydney till the 12th so it will be sometime during these dates. But would love to see you there.

If its the 11th, I can make it......I'll keep my fingers crossed. Its a 7 hour drive down there for me, but well worth the trip to meet everyone. I'll have my car so can help with transport if needed. Look forward to watching this thread!

Has any progress been made on getting a date for this GTG. I will be photographing one day at the Champions Hockey Tournament at Homebush so would like to ensure I don't double book myself if this day is going ahead.

I will be passing through Sydney on the 15th. Bummer! But the way it looks I will get to meet you in NZ later in the year instead. So all is well.

Okay...I have just booked my Sydney Accommodation. I arrive on 7th July in Sydney and leave on the 11th of July.

I would prefer to have the GTG on 9th July if this suits others. I will be staying at Rydges Hotel, North Sydney.

So....does this suit you all and who can make the GTG?
