Hi everyone!
In light of our 100 Years Old challenge, I'm thinking of heading up to Old Sturbridge Village to see if I can get a good shot for it. Anyone want to join me? I'd like to go this Saturday, March 7th. The park opens at 9:30 am and closes at 4 pm... free parking, $20 admission, military discount. Supposed to be a real nice day weather-wise, and I sure could use some sunshine and spring temperatures. :)
From their website: "Old Sturbridge Village is a âmust-seeâ destination to experience early New England life from 1790-1840. One of the countryâs largest living history museums, OSV has a large staff of historians in costume, 59 historic buildings on 200 acres, three authentic water-powered mills and two covered bridges. Visitors can ride in a stagecoach, view antiques, heirloom gardens, meet the farm animals, and take part in hands-on crafts year-round." The activity calendar includes a maple syrup demonstration for this weekend.
Post here if you are interested.
