There's an old building in town here that about 100 years ago was a college, then it became a manufacturing company for church pews. It had a fire of some sort about 10 years ago, and now it's abandoned and falling in. The facade and some parts are still standing, but it looks very creepy and forboding. I'm going to shoot a few pictures of it today anyway for something I am working on, so when I get back, if they are any good, I'll post them on here for you to use. That is if I don't get arrested for trespassing.

Well, I didn't get arrested for trespassing, but I might for the lack of quality in the pictures. They are pretty much straight out of the camera (just cropped and USM on some) but do with them what you will.

I like deserted buildings too. They are just so... interesting to photograph. So bittersweet feeling, I can almost feel the presence of past inhabitants. One building even had the tableware still in the drawers, like the people went to town for shopping and forgot to return.

I love this kind of stuff. I wonder how long they will last?
