They're certainly not unique--but I like them anyway. A number of them are very well done. I haven't tried water shots or water drop shots yet. It does look like fun.

Only so much can be done with an apple. I thought adding liquid was a decent way to mix it up a bit.

| Why would you say unhealthy obsession with liquid? What is so unhealthy about water? People can express their ideas any way they like and should not be criticized for it. If water isn't your thing then don't use it. But don't bother someone else for using the idea. There are a lot of great photos on DPC that are done with water. |

It was really just a tongue-in-cheek general observation, to tell the truth.
Thing is, my average vote given in the challenge so far is around 5.8, so maybe that'll calm the rabid dogs. |

I wouldn't say it's unhealthy, but apple shots certainly seem to have a lot of water in them. I never linked the 2 until this challenge and now I can't look at a dry apple in the same way again. |
