nice ride man! i like it. im a dumb american. so im not exactly sure who makes that. but it definitely a sexy car

The full (though arguable to some) name would be an AMG Mercedes Smart Brabus Roadster Coupe Xclusive. A whopping 698cc but gives some of the bigger boys a decent run for their money. Sadly (though I'm happy) they only made 48,000 roadsters and about 1,000 of my model, an instant classic imho.

here is one of my toys... I'm the second owner and have had it since I was 16! the first car I ever bought for myself - 1972 Dodge challenger, this pic is out @ the drag strip.

here are a couple of my other vehicles

I also have a 95 dodge ram diesel pickup,a 1968 plymouth barracuda (being restored), a 1968 Triumph Tr6r bobber, and a ford tempo... all fun toys but the challenger is my baby.

I have my 2003 MonteCarlo for a daily driver, which I do love.

But my heart really belongs to my 1980 Z28, All original and all numbers matching. My mother bought it new in 1980 and I was asking for it before she got it off the lot. Anyway after 26 years I got it and have plans to restore the body completely as it actually was a daily driver for mom for the whole 26 years and below is its current condition. All things considered its pretty good for having over 350k on it ;) and its nice to have all the paperwork since it was new. The only thing Ive done so far is resealed the engine and a minor rebuild but kept all numbers matching...

Fully agree, with loads of space inside for scissors, perming lotion, curling tongs etc ;)

Get the facts straight there sweets, I dropped a cylinder head on my wrist and then after all was said and done I dropped the car on my hand... as far as the engine goes, just got the usual cuts and scrapes :P

The cylinder head is part of the engine, is it not? The engine was in the car when you dropped it, was it not? Hence, you dropped the engine on your hand. TWICE! :P

Um NO I dont think so... yes the cylinder head is part of the engine but the engine at the time was completely stripped down and the block was on an engine stand and the rest was scattered throughout the garage... But I have to conceede that the engine was in the car the 2nd time so you could also say that I dropped the air filter on my hand which sounds sooooo much better :P

LOL Either way the 2nd time around didn't hurt as my hand was still in the cast from the first time around :P

Thanks! Good eye to spot bandimere speedway! those shale slopes hiding behind my trailer are the definite giveaway! not a lot of drag strips carved into the side of a mountain!

Cody, I have to say that I like to see that some of the younger gearheads still choose the older american cars over the rice burners which are (usually) neither fast, nor furious! I got into cars by spending time working on them with my dad too, a hobby that still allows us to spend a lot of time together! Good Stuff & Good luck with the Nova!

Sweet baby, pre 1976, what year,

here is my mid life crisis car, it is 1976 1/2. they made 2 cars that year, one in 76 adn one half way through the year with the caddy converter and rubber bumpers. Wish it had chrome. redone the interior with black leather and red piping (friggin hot to sit on in the summers)

just had to have a new fuel pump and front suspension put in. other than that, all original with only 56,000 miles on the clock

While neither fast or fierce, this little sweetheart is a fun ride (even for the whole crew!).

But it does work pretty darn good in certain challenges...
