 Last June when all the floods happened I took a little drive, this was through a ford in the road, the water was a little higher than I had estimated, the result was the pistons full of water and two bent con rods :(

I didn't take this shot, my mate who was looking after my camera so I didn't get it wet did ... he towed me out!

It took me 4 weekends to change the engine last June when it was really raining hard and there were all the floods .... my Westfield was my main car for a month!!

At least you had a bit of an adventure. I thought Landy's were made for that! Lol! Well, perhaps ones fitted with snorkels anyway. Sorry to hear about the engine :(
