Interesting story. I've never heard of her. I bet this would have been fascinating to watch her in action. I liked this part of the story you linked:
Another presence sat just outside Keene's window.
"From her bed, she could look right out the window and there was an eagle, almost like it was watching, guarding over her," Chapple said. "It was awesome. That's the way she wanted to go. At home, at peace and with her eagles guarding her."

Looks like it would have been an awesome sight to see so many eagles all in one place. Stopping the feeding will be interesting task especially given how long it will take the birds to react and go elsewhere. Taking photos there would be more like shooting eagles in a bird sanctuary than going out in the wild. |
