Lolcats. (As if there are not already enough of them.) However, these would all be well lit, sharp, DPC quality lolcats. Of course the "added text" rule would need to be relaxed.

Go ahead, tar and feather me right now.

I love Lolcats! I've submitted a few but none of mine have made it past my Lolbuilder. Guess I'm not witty enough. Would the captions have to be in Lolspeak Engrish?

Basically, take a picture of a cat in a funny/odd/compromising position, give it a cutesy caption, and spell everything wrong. Bonus points for captions in the form of "I'm in ur , ing your ".

The worst bit about this darn lolcats site - is that some of them are really quite funny . .

I don't have a cat, but I agree it would be a great challenge. Might have to borrow a friend's cat for the purpose of the challenge :)

Just remember teh cardinal rule of Lolspeak: 'The' is ALWAYS spelled 'teh'. Fractured phonetic Engrish is the 2nd rule, and the more cutesy the better.

Ceiling cat is Lolcat version of God/Yahweh/guy upstairs.

Basement cat is Lolcat version of Satan/Beelzebub/bad guy.

And so it goes....

Did you go to a special school to learn all this? Is there a degree program? Is there a high demand for Lolcat PhDs? du u wnt to jst slap teh carp oot of me bi now? LOL - I'm such a basement cat.
