So, my bag messed up so that the zippers on the main compartment were not working well. The zipper ended up coming off the fabric, one of the zippers fell of and the other zipper is now stuck. The original mess up that started it all could have been my fault but I'm not sure.

Well, I contacted Lowepro on December 4th, and told them the issue. They got back to me later that day and I had to give them some kind of information. I sent the info and got an email within the hour. He said he would ship me a new one ($90-$100 bag) to replace it at no charge, I could keep the old one that is messed up, and it would be here within 6-10 days.

I pull in my driveway today to see a package on the front step and sure enough my new lowepro bag is sitting on the front porch.

That is service right there.

Wow! That is very good to know. I've two Lowepro bags myself, but so far they are taking the beating I'm giving them. :)

I had the same thing, my new Lowepro Slingshot 350 had some stitching in the inside start to come undone about a month after I bought it. I called and their rep sent me a new one right away but he did ask me to return that bag in the box the new one came in. Got my new bag in two days. My only issue is that they want me to pay the shipping for the return, but that is minor I suppose.
