So my school is having a photography exhibit and I have to enter a photo by tomorrow...here are my choices:

Which of these is the best, do you think?

i'd say the "seeking shelter" pic from an artistic point of view.
the portrait is also good, but if i had the choice between these four i'd definately enter the "seeking shelter" shot!
good luck on the exhibition.

I agree with Christoph - the 'Seeking Shelter' has a great feel to it - perfect for a photography exhibit.

Tempted to opt for seeking shelter; definitely not the cologne. I do like the portrait shot, but the band/streak at the left detracts a bit, and the angle is somehow stiff. The other shot not quite working at this resolution. Possibly the cologne shot is "safe." But do you want or like "safe?" Seeking shelter is the most adventurous and challenging. Good luck deciding, and in the exhibit.

I like the last one! great tones and lighting, plus it's a person which people tend to find more interesting in general

I concur. You want people to ask questions and this makes me ask them.

Seeking Shelter should not be sheltered--enter it :-)

very artistic, gallery feel to it. and were it to have been entered in a challenge here, it would have been Post Luminous Award material....

(I know the guy who gives those out :-)

Is there a theme or any expectations from a viewers' standpoint regarding the exhibit?

ETA - Are these being judged, and if so, by whom; students, faculty, outside critic, etc...?

Another ETA - Are these being displayed as prints, or an online source? What sizes?

Done and done!! Haha I had a bit of an argument with the matte room...had to mat and mount it myself, that was an interesting experience. It looks pretty good if I do say so myself!!

ETA: I know some of the other photographers who are in the exhibition, they're SUPER EXCELLENT so I don't expect to win anything. One in particular is pretty phenomenal....urrgh he's so good!!

Exhibit is up, I didn't make it in :(

My consolation is that all the other photos are very "DPC-friendly" type images, and mine wasn't particularly...lol.

Some fiiine photos in there tho!
