I've been on this site for a long time; I believe in the power of members. I have joined causes and helped with many personal issues, but now, on a good and positive note, I need your help.

My band is a group of friends and we have played together for years, original music. We are called FARMERTAN. We are similar to Guided by Voices or the Replacements. We are in a contest, as described here.

â��GOLDIEâ��S GARAGEâ�� returns to Little Stevenâ��s Underground Garage on Friday (November 21). Hosted by Genya Ravan, this edition of the program gets down to business. The past 12 monthly winning bands go head-to-head in a knockdown, drag-out battle to determine which 3 groups get to playâ�¦liveâ�¦in front the Underground Garage listeners and claim the title of the â��best unsigned garage band in the landâ��. The finals will take place on Saturday, January 17th at Pianoâ��s in New York City.
The champion gets a deal with Wicked Cool Records. Tune in and tune up Friday night for this very special edition of â��GOLDIEâ��S GARAGEâ��â�� with Genya Ravan at 9 PM Pacific and Midnight on the East Coast.

You don't need sirius radio. Anyone can sign up and vote. You have to register(free) and then they send you an email. Then you click on the link and vote for Farmertan.
