I wouldn't normally pick on an internet product ad, I've seen a lot of bad ones, but I was just cracking up over this one.

I just had to share.
It was even animated!

How about sharing the worst of the worst. I want to see if anything can top this. Keep it clean though ;)

I saw this yesterday on Myspace. It's pretty dramatic.

"Simulated imagery. Results not typical." Uh, I'd say!

Not only is the ad hilarious, but apparently their free offer is basically a scam to trick people into buying more every month.

What amazes me is that they actually expect people to believe it!

I figure if you buy the stuff, it's a stupidity tax.

ETA: It's just like the "Lose 10 pounds in a week" diet ads....yeah, lose the water weight, THEN the hard work begins.

While the imagery used is absolutely preposterous, and totally cracks me up, I'm also annoyed by the sloppy grammar:

"Less wrinkles in only 60 minutes!" is all wrong; it should be "Fewer wrinkles in..." or, alternatively, "Less wrinkling in..." although that last, while grammatically correct, isn't really pushing the core message very well LOL.

Just glad that in my career as a copywriter that I never had to write copy for crap like that.

Bear,

I always want to speak to a manager when I see "10 items or less" written on the express lanes at stores.

Yeah, wouldn't that be something?! ;-)

All I've got to offer is this blur removal ad from a couple years back...

Oh no.....the one I *REALLY* hate is "Up to $10,000 or more".

So is it up to, or more?

But wait! You can save up to 50% and more! Who wouldn't want that, especially on $10,000 or more??
