Posted this for today's Slice of Life photo, but thought I might put it here too. Sorry if you have already seen it.
Macy's Parade in NYC looking north from Columbus Circle. Central Park on the right. Beautiful day!

Sparkling cider with dinner. Best wishes to all DPC viewers, whether celebrating Thanksgiving or not.

Talk about getting caught up in the holiday! I've been busy and absent, but have a few photos... maybe not exactly traditional, but it was my TG.

Arrival just after sunset

One of the few photos of some of the activities. There were tons more people sitting around the fire, which was in back of me.

The hostess and two of the guests.

We had a grand time. Turkeys roasted in the ground were amazingly good. Looking forward to next year.

On the day after Thanksgiving, we went to a nearby canyon for a hike to use up some of the extra calories. Found a bit of snow along the way.

A little bit up the path, a special part of the creek caught my eye.

What a nice holiday weekend.

Wheeeere's the turkey?!

I know I didn't take as many photos as I had planned - due to activities and being preoccupied. I hope that there are a few more Thanksgiving photos out there, though. Post them here!

I totally forgot about the camera when I saw all the food, I was in awe I guess :P
But here's a shot of my family (minus a few that hadn't gotten there yet, or had already left):

We had a quiet but very nice holiday. Here's how the table looked. Still working on the leftovers.
