I also have not received a PM in several days, which is quite abnormal, especially under the circumstances. Somebody wanna send me one so I can check?

ETA: Whoo, I have a whole bunch of PM's in spam basket since 11/11/08. I haven't changed a thing in my filtering, and I use Yahoo mail even though I'm connected via comcast.

I just changed my email on file to my comcast address and I didn't receive my confirmation email. Changed it back to my work address and the confirmation came right through. Looks like a comcast problem to me! I'll see if I can scrounge up any more info.

They are all going through directly to spam, and that's in YAHOO mail so I don't see what Comcast would have to do with it.... Lemme see if I can reconfigure filter.

Maybe the IP address of dpchallenge.com's mail server got on a blacklist or something, and different destination servers are handling it differently. Comcast, it appears, just eats the message and no one is notified. I'm in a chat with comcast support right now. I don't have high hopes, but what the hell. It's worth a shot. |

I just got confirmation that Comcast has blocked the dpchallenge.com domain. Working on what we need to do to get it unblocked... |

No, they are coming through comcast fine in my case, it is Yahoo Mail Spamguard that has sent them to the spam inbox. I have tried to educate my spamguard filter, can someone send me another please?

I am not having any trouble with getting PMs through AT&T/Yahoo. i just ran a test the PM went right through.

Just a quick note, if you have submitted a ticket, or anything that needs a reply from Site Council, that would also be blocked if PMs are.

Even if your internet provider is comcast, if you are using a yahoo.com email address then you're fighting a different problem. The comcast issue arises only if you are using a comcast.net email address to receive the PMs. |

OK, I have educated my spam filter, last 2 messages received. I wonder WHY Yahoo decided to call DPC spam, the system has worked fine for years....

With Comcast I have the spam filter turned off, I added dpc to my fav. emails and still nothing.
Ken, Thanks for sending me updates on my pm's to SC to my personal email....all is Good! (other than my pm with dpc dosent work)......ace |
