Good for Amelia! That smile is well worth it. And shaving that much time off her practice run is amazing. Give her a hug from me.

Well I am in for Before and After. I'm sucking along nicely so won't expect much from it. I do like it and in my world that's what I care about. I will be out of town when it starts so that will help no update button and no worries that I could of done better.

Met a terrific busker yesterday in Windsor, UK. He is Slim Lightfoot, a true blues player with a perchance for a bit of electric rock/blues. Bought his CD 'Original Nugget Blues - Best of'...18 tracks, all self penned. He has released about 5 other CDs, some with his band, The Backbone Band.

Slim started The Swamp Things in the '90s and then left to go solo again. He performs all over the country at festivals, shows and in many a high street.



I told him I had taken a few grabbed shots and he asked me to e-mail some, possibly for promo leaflets. PP is not too good as these were the samplers I sent to him in low res.

Hey Jeffrey, tell Amelia congrats from me - that's an excellent time for a 5K! She'd definitely beat me! And you have some very good shots of the day on your Facewhatever thingie that is. I'd leave comments, but can't figure out how. Dang I'm getting old...

Hey Melethia, I just wanted you to know that my last two shots scored over 6. That means that the world did spin out of control for a short time. So.....I don't want to hear that crap about a toilet seat!!
