Is Lucis Art allowed in basic since it applies to entire image? Just curious as I have not seen this asked before.

No, I think it is considered to be a fiter that creates changes to the image that would be considered effects.
No “effects” filters may be applied to your image, with the exception of Noise and Gaussian Blur

I remember that lucisart and another similar tool was forbidden in basic editing |
