...between these 2 photography. I'm working for few days on technique to get a lot of details from a photography without getting too much noise.

The first one has been edited with my usual workflow wich involve: levels, neatimage, high-pass sharpenning in order. This is the result:

This other one has been edited with the same step except that before levels I used this other technique i'm working on wich is supposed to brin out details. this is the results:

I'd want to know wich one you'd like best.

P.S. I used auto levels, auto fine tune in neatimage and and sharpened with a radius of 10px blended at 30% in both image in order to have a good comparison.

The second one looks more natural, so I like it best.

the second one definitely has the better colors (natural), depth and detail.

I have to agree with the others... I really like the second one.
Same reasons as well; Colors are truer, subject is a bit brighter.

I agree. 2nd one is the way to go...

2nd is better. What did you do unsharp mask with 20 and 50?

This is the method:

1. duplicate the background layer
2. duplicate that copy again
3. desaturate both copy
4. select color burn blending mode for the first copy you made
5. select color dodge blending mode for the other
6. set both opacity somewhere between 0% and 20% in order to increase contrast and bring out details
7. flatten image

While the 2nd one certainly is brighter, I really don't think any more detail has been brought out. In fact, it looks like some of the mid-tones have been compressed into highlight/shadow regions. For example, the transitions from highlights to shadow on the lemon and tomato look unnatural, with an almost banding-like quality to them. The green tip of the lemon looks like it has lost detail as well.
