Inspired by another thread about a speed challenge free study along the lines of "the best pic you took last week"....
Every week we all get frustrated that last week we took the best possible picture for the coming challenge.
How about every week along side the normal challenge we have a retrospective challenge, eg this week we have "silhouettes" and we also have a "the best silhouette pic you took last week" challenge.
(PS don't take this idea too seriously......) |

| Good idea, but you can't monitor those challenges though. Anyone can rewind the date on their camera and snap an amazing shot and pretend it was taken last week to compete versus the not as good entries of the retrospective challenge. |

We could run an 'exhibition' thread each week where you could show your best shot that would have fit the challenge, if you'd happened to have taken it in the following week.
Though people seem to get uppity when 'their' idea turns up in a thread like that, even though it shows it probably wasn't that stunningly original in the first place.
