Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II

I did some new band photos, but unfortunately I have been too poor to renew my membership to DPC. So these thumbs are links. Sorry. I am going to try and renew soon, but I just don't know how soon that will be.

Anyway, first photos in a long time. Had a band call me and ask to shoot and for once I had a couple seconds. I now remember the thrill of the shutter click. I had a blast just shooting and thinking up stuff and trying to figure out new ways to make things cool. It was a great time. Hopefully I will get out again soon.

These were shot with a D-50 stock 18-55 outside in the fine Colorado air. The first shot was a 2" exposure hand held ( I forgot my tri-pod at home) with the one guy holding really still and the others running as fast as they could out of the shot. The other one was easy.

The pics are really good.. I love the edgy look they have.. Nice post processing.

It feels good to go out and shoot a couple photos again. It has been a long time since I have shot a band.

I just feed off the band mojo. Hanging around the youngsters makes me feel young again, and that gives me inspiration. Thanks for the kind words!
