I'm not even going to try, I haven't got a clue. Maybe next year, when I'm not so darn busy and exhausted.

Can anyone see anywhere what dimentions the image has to be? I see resolution, megapixals etc but no actual side measurements. I have a shot for one of the items that is a pano, do you think they would accept that?
How's everyone else doing? I've only managed the one idea so far. |

I got nothing - haven't even read up on it properly - when do the shots have to be taken by? |

I am still going to give this a go, that is if I ever work out the new camera. I just knew exactly what my Canon 350 would do for me every time I used it.
I do love my new Canon 450, but things are a little different especially with my processing programs as I love to shoot in the raw format.
I also have not had much practice with my new camera, due to my on going health issues, especially with a dizzy head and feeling faint all the time. I am noy hoing to let it beat me as I am missing my photography so much.
I have some great ideas for most of the items they sent.
Can I use similar items as well in the images, as long as the one they sent me is the focal point. I am also interested in what the actual size it has to be. I hope you all enjoy this experience and good lick. |

Shez, you can still shoot RAW. You just may need to update your software. Adobe has updates which will handle the RAW format of the 450D. As for the rest - while the buttons and knobs may be a little different, the basics are still the same. I have every confidence you'll do just fine! Glad to see you posting a bit more these days - I take that as a sign you're feeling a wee bit better! |

Thanks to Lisa for posting this comp.
Got my box yesterday.
I opened the box and have sat looking at the items for a while.
If only I had a creative mind like so many here on DPC.
Hopefully I'll come up with something worth submitting.
Best of luck to all of you.
Edit to add: Red Ribbon, Orange Umbrella, Yellow Bubbles Bottle, Green Crayon, White Teacandle.

Thanks Deb, as you always say the right things. I was feeling a little better a few days ago, and felt I gad improved about 25% to 30%, but the past two days have taken me back again to where I was last week.
I promise, I will not let this beat me. |

Have ideas for the ribbon and the tea light.
Getting excited now.
Only hope that I can get them to look like the image I have in my head.

The image on my heart is always the one I love the most, but them the image I had in my head, seems to take over, and them often stuffs it up. I always try and go with my heart, and I seem to do better.

Than gone to New South Wales...
