I misjudged this one badly.

My entry:
Well I couldn't pass up the opportunity to let all that cuteness go to waste. Thanks to Judi for the loan of this little fellow.
I was hoping for a 6.0, but didn't quite make it.
The other one that nearly made it...
One down, one to go!
I think the glass was a little better processed in this one, but the kitten's collar was more of a problem in this one.
Did I make the right decision?
....and the backup, but I thought voters may have had enough of horses

Entry ---->
Outtake -->
Chimping through shots during my vacation, I came up with these two. I was pretty sure the entry would bomb, but my wife insisted (and I agree) that it was a much more interesting and better image. So I entered that one, even though I'm pretty sure the steeples were much more DPC friendly and would have scored about a point higher than my entry. :>P |
