These are a group of shots that I took yesterday at a costume run through of my high school's spring production Anything Goes. The play begins two weeks from today, and as you can see from the photos, the backdrop is not quite finished. -_- I'm on the Stage Crew and the floor they're standing on we built, so that we wouldn't have to rent a tap floor, but we're not ready to put up the rest of the backdrop yet...

Anyway, I'd love any feedback I could get. I've never taken pictures of a production before, so this was new and fun. I didn't try to set the white balance on my camera or anything and just let it do it's own thing, and as you can see from the F-stops and ISOs, it went all over the place! From F2.9 to F4.4 and from ISO 98 to 400! The camera's flash had to be used and only one of the posted ones (the last one) had sufficient light to not need the flash. Lol, and I spent half the time fighting with a dieing battery until I got some new ones from my teacher (I love being able to use AA's!)...

These are the best of the 50 I took:

The B&W is my favorite although you may want some noise reduction on it. Nice shots! :)

I like Bonnie,P&P. The dancers in the back add interest to the picture. Only a couple of them have much noise.

*nods* I had to turn it to B&W because that one had the worst amount of noise. Well, that and she had horrible red-eye that was having trouble fixing... I haven't tried noise reduction on any of them yet though.

Lol, yeah I love the dancers (especially since they're all almost in sync). The one on the left of Bonnie is actually her sister. ^_^

Edit: I actually just tried them all in B&W. I liked the way the 2nd through the 5th turned out (including the one that is posted in B&W), but didn't like how the 1st one or the last 4 did. Lol, figures.
