I got some good feedback on the motion entry I didn't submit. The one I did submit did pretty well too. I'd like to know which one you like better. I'm still trying to figure out what does better here. I definetely choice the wrong photo to submit to the free study challenge.

Thank you.

I would have given your unsubmitted photo higher marks (i hate it when that happens!). But that may just be me...you did very well with your shot and I do not think that the alternate would have been favorable to all.

I gave the one you submitted 8, but I just love the other one it would have been a 10 from me

I'm going to be contrary here and vote for the black and white one you already submitted. I remember it really stood out among the other entries (one of my favorites from motion blur). I'd need to check, but I'm pretty sure it was one of my few 10s. I just loved the setting, scene, capture, motion mixed with the motion of other ojbects, etc. However, I would also have given the other a high score - but maybe an 8 or a 9 instead of a 10.

Thanks all. Anyone else?

I gave you an 8 on the one you submitted. I really liked that one. I am also a B$W fan.
I don't like the unsubmitted one as much. I prefered the images where the subject was mostly in focus. The unsubmitted one has way to much blur IMO.

I'm not a member and a novice at that, but if I'd been voting I would have given your actual entry a higher score. I do like your other choice, but it's less defined and without a clarifying title I wouldn't have understood what it was (I'm probably in the minority here though). The colors are wonderful, but it seems like you dragged the camera resulting in the whole thing being blurred. I like the clarity of the main subject in your entry and the blurring of everything else.

I gave your submitted entry a 10. I really liked it alot. The other entry I would have given a 5 or 6...it just did not appeal to me that much, however its a nice photo.

It's looking like I made the right choice for once. Thanks for all your opinions.
