A fair amount of shadows/highlights, some playing with levels and curves, saturation slightly pushed |

I'm pretty tired right now but i took a go....levels,virtual photographer "romance" filter and noise ninja
still a little noisy but it gives you an idea

I went for a more.... extreme feel? lol I was quick about it and could do much better with a full size file but lol here is a version

I basically dodged and burned it to death. I desaturated the image as a whole, but left the reds and a bit of the yellows/greens. I also adjusted the brightness/contrast. I think it's still pretty dark, but when I bump the brightness the haziness shows, and I'm not real sure how to minimize that. I blurred some of the bits of sky which helped.
Oh! And I cropped it.
